CNC Tube Bending
We perform bending operations on carbon steel and stainless steel tubes, as well as parts like shafts, strips, and profiles, ranging from Ø10 mm to Ø38 mm, using our CNC tube bending machines.
Sheet Metal Forming
On our press line, we produce parts in the required sizes and quality for the industry using presses ranging from 45 tons to 225 tons.
Welding
MIG/MAG Welding: We carry out production both with our robotic welding station and manual welding stations. Additionally, for circular welds, we use an automated system developed in-house, enabling fully automated welding processes.
CNC Milling
According to the required product processes, mold and fixture designs are made based on technical drawings and product data using CAD-CAM software to achieve the desired quality level. The molds and fixtures are carefully processed on our CNC milling machines according to the data obtained from the CAM program, followed by final fitting and commissioning processes. In addition to mold production, series production of aluminum parts is carried out on our three CNC vertical machining centers in our machine park.
Drilling Machines
With our drilling machines of various diameters and specifications, we perform precise and fast drilling operations. By ensuring high accuracy in our production processes, we achieve excellent results in the assembly and machining stages of metal parts.
Sawing Machines
With our sawing machines on the cutting line, we precisely cut materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to exact dimensions. Our high-efficiency system supports mass production processes, ensuring optimal productivity.
Polishing
We perform polishing operations with our polishing machines to enhance the aesthetic and functional surface quality of our products. By achieving smooth, shiny surfaces, we prepare the products for coating.
Quality

Assembly
In our comprehensive production process, we carry out the assembly of parts on our assembly line. Our team of technical experts meticulously assembles each part, completes the final inspections, and prepares the products for shipment.
